I haven't bought a US coin in years, but sometimes I catch a coin I like at a decent price. I like error coins and Lincoln cents have plenty. I just couldn't resist this double error! What really sold it to me was the ragged clip, which I much prefer over the "usual" curved clip.

Super nice error coin. I find it interesting that your coin is not broadstruck on the reverse. It looks to be a centered partial collar. It also looks as if the blank it was struck on did not go through the upset mill due the lack of a proto rim on the obverse.
This coin I have is quite similar to your error coin, less the ragged clip. It is a centered parcial collar on a type 1 blank. Broadstruck on the obverse and in-collar strike on the reverse. I do believe this is a rare type of Error coin. https://www.error-ref.com/coin-struck-on-a-type-i-blank/
