Strong Doubling on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & EPU.  This is the nicer mid-die-state (an early mid at that!); the doubling shows much sharper than on the mushy late-die-state specimens typically encountered.  Most of these will have some planchet stains typical to the variety.MS61R&B a large print dominates the obverse and 50% of the reverse  , MS62 Rev Spots  , MS63 RD a small lamination on obverse; some specks. Overall, nice. 1964 1c Doubled Die Obverse shows as a "bar" under L of LIBERTY.  1964 1c Doubled Die Obverse shows as a "bar" under L of LIBERTY and CW on the tops of IN; possibly an earlier stage of the pair offered above 1964-D/D/D 1c RPM#7 D/D/D North & Lower Serif MS63 to MS64RD as they come from the roll 1964-D/D 1c RPM#12 D/D West MS63 to MS64 RD1964-D/D/D 1c RPM#13 D/D/D North and West (serifs) MS63 Red 1964-D/D/D/D 1c RPM#16 D/D/D/D West & Lower Serif MS63 as they come from the roll 1964-D/D 1c RPM#17 D/D Tilted CCW MS63 to MS64RD as they come from the roll                                    courtesy:Ken Potter  United States & ForeignError-Variety CoinsFixed Price List Last Updated Spring 2016 (google it)[/QUOTE]
