well, I do have an old image, I know I could do better now

 

From the partial photo, it does not look like a proof. The dentils lack the squared look you would expect from a proof that has been struck twice, and the "9" does not look right either. I'd need to see other photos, too.

I took other images, but vam world only has a couple showing, mostly everything is in literature, or writing, I can post them, but I don't want to hi-jack this thread

ah, the heck with it, here they are, call me a hi-jacker wish their was images on vam world for this vam, not sure what their looking for on the eagles head, no images
