I pulled this from circulation some 30+ years. I just re-discovered it while looking through a bunch of misc. stuff I had packed away. It looks like there maybe the start of a third clip at 12 o'clock. Any value for these? Any comments welcomed.

That's a cool double clip. The thing you are looking at at 12:30 is the Blakesley Effect caused by the clip at 6:30. When the coin blank was run through the upset machine (to raise a rim by squeezing the blank between a die and a spinning wheel) the blank was not wide enough across the part of the blank where the clip is for the upsetting machine to raise a rim across from the clip.

Thanks so much for that explanation!! I've heard the term before, but never knew what it was.

    Clad Qtrs 10% & less-$5, 10-25%- $12, 25%+ $30. This is for curved clips...

    hamman88 Spare some change, sir?

But those values are for coins with one clip.

Yes, don't have prices for double or triple clips. May have to go by the weight of the coin to make a determination...

I would estimate the value to be between $3-$8.
