Double check for a Doubled Die Reverse?

    Just wanted to make sure this was hub doubling and not any kind of machine doubling...

    As far as I can see, there are none of the split serifs that are evident in the Coneca picture.
    Something you can see here is that the doubling is actually making the devices smaller instead of adding extra metal to the coin as in true dd. I think.
