The issue centers around whether the CAC sticker validates not only that the coin is an &quot;A&quot; or &quot;B&quot; coin, but also that it has exceptional eye appeal (the NGC Star definition). </p><p><br /></p><p>My understanding of your service is that you do not validate NGC&#039;s determination of eye appeal.
