I now have purchased a JM 10 oz bar, and 10 1oz Stagecoach divisible bars. The wife thinks this is a great idea and told me to by 10 more ounces. The B&M dealer I buy from is a crusty guy, but now nodes at me when I walk through the door. I am hoping he will feel like having a conversation in six months or a year. Hoping to hold my silver long term and see where the price is at in 20 years.
Good luck with your new collection. Next time there is a large coin show (Whitman?) in your area you should attend. You'll be amazed at the wide selection of silver bullion ingots and the spread in prices over spot price of silver. Order silver from APMEX http://www.kitco.com/market/
Just like anything in life, you have to shop around. Looking at online sources and checking competition at shows is a great way to make sure your B&M dealer is reasonably priced.
