Here's what I have (pics to follow):</p><p> </p><p>an 1896 "Educational" $1 note </p><p>an 1899 "Black Eagle" $1 note </p><p>a 1917 "SawHorse" $1 note </p><p>a 1923 "Horse Blanket" $1 note </p><p>a 1928 "Funnyback" $1 note </p><p>a 1934 "Funnyback" $1 note</p><p>1 1935 Silver Certificate $1 note </p><p>a 1957 Silver Certificate (with moto on the reverse for the first time) $1 note </p><p>a 2006 $1 note representing the design from 196? to present</p><p>a $1 star note in the present design</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Question:</p><p>What was the first year of the current design? </p><p>Why do they change the series # when the design didn't change now, when the 1935 series was made to the 1950s? Does that question make sense?</p><p> </p><p>Anyway, here are the first 3 pages of my paper currency notebook, my $1 note type set.
