    The answer is unknowable. This coin belongs to a category where it cannot be securely attributed to any particular ruler.

    It's like those Paphos mint bronze chalkons that often get advertised as Cleopatra VII - a fanciful attribution in the absence of the ruler's name or an identifiable likeness. Or the Cathargo Nova coins of Caligula that are sold as coins of Caesonia, based on the spurious idea that the reverse depicts "Caesonia as Salus".

    "Domino Nostro" means "To Our Lord", right? It's an anonymous coinage, like the Christ folles of the Byzantine era.

    None of this detracts from the fact that these enigmatic coins are interesting and rare.
