@Burton Strauss III . I am sure you were just being facetious but my post had unintended results. I got a direct message from someone who recognizes me on that coin site. They are asking for pictures and hoping to discuss buying some or all of the coins.
The thing is, right now, I have coins up for auction. This was meant more to measure interest. I will tell you what I told them. "Please give me a few days to think on this."

I don't see it as "selling" at all, but of course, I'm not in charge here either. Nevertheless, it doesn't give me any gas.

The truth is that I collect older holders because of their history.

While I recognize that others collect for other reasons, and many coins are more salable in newer holders, I kind of sob a little knowing coins get cracked out of historical holders.

So, selfishly, I hope you can reach a deal that is mutually beneficial and preserves the holders.

Edit to add: No, I wasn't being facetious, I'm never happier than when I can pay $5 for a $5 coin in a historic holder!
