Dollar Coin usage still allowable?

    There were no dollar coins minted in 1995. The last one minted prior to 95 was the 1981 SBA dollar. There were two mints that struck SBAs in 1999, Philadelphia and Denver, and in addition to business strikes, Philly struck SBA proofs.

    The following year was the debut release of the Sacagawea dollar.
