Does this look fake? $5 indian

I know the slab is no good but the way the letters and stars run off the planchet doesn't look right. Not in my field and I'm not looking to buy it, just curious.

nah, No problem for anybody, I placed a 5000.00 bid on it.

 

This guys pics are always terrible, but I have won several of his indians. I will stick to my original answer, looks ok to me. And about the stars, etc running off the coin... that is most likely the terrible holder. It has foam inserts that end up covering some of the coin.

 

What's the deal with so many of his coins being in NNC holders?

yeah, winning bidder has 100% of his bid with that seller, and if you look at his other auction every listing has bidders with at least 70% bid activity with seller

I say crack it out of that worthless slab , weigh it and see if it's the slab covering the letters . Also it's a bad scan .
