My opinion is the coin has been dipped to remove most of the tarnish. You can see the remnants the dip did not remove the dark spots here and there. That bluish/pink tint is either light source or artificial toning, IMO.

Doesn't matter if its cleaned or dipped not certified probably for that reason red flag #1.I wouldn't buy a coin like this raw and also its not truly a FH unless its certified.There are plenty of raw mercs that are FB but don't get it when there slabbed.
