You still need to show photos of both sides, because first you have to determine if your coin is MS (and not a proof), judging from the reverse it wouldn't grade MS, but the steps are pretty close if you found this in circulation. After a certain date (1994? not sure) they reworked the dies and most new coins will show full steps, so no premium.
