Does this coin look cleaned/polished/altered?

    Nice ‘38 Jeff…really good shape. Looks toned from having been in a Whitman album for a while…imo…Spark

    edited…I don’t think it has been polished, and I don’t see any cleaning evidence…

    Nice coin. I believe the nice toning came from the Capital holder.

    Looks like very typical Capital plastics toning to me. I own several slabbed Jeffersons that look like that in high grades. It is a nice coin.
