Does this coin have "it"?

    The lines in the gown over the left leg look full.
    But I can't tell about the left hand from your image.
    A full hand would take it a long way towards a -66.

    When grading luster is king ! No matter how well struck, no matter how few the marks, if the luster isn't there it just won't cut it.
