And no, eBay cannot force anyone to sell outside the US. It&#039;s something he has to do to sell his foreign coins for decent prices. Again, he&#039;s angry about the reality of the business, but needs to look at himself instead of blaming everything and everyone else.</p><p>I for one will add this seller to my &quot;exclude&quot; list when searching coins.
