Does CAC gold sticker under-attributed coins (PL vs DMPL) or just grade?

I have a couple PL coins that should grade DMPL and I'm debating whether to send them into CAC and see what happens, or send them back to PCGS for "reconsideration," which is a costly venture especially after S/H costs.

Here's a pic of the 84' raw before I sent it in. The reverse is even deeper.

Looks proof like to me. I have one like yours that is graded by PGCS MS64 that I think about sending in for reconcideration. but hesitate to send it in, but after looking at your Morgan Dollar, I may be sending it soon. Thanks for sharing your great picture of your beautiful coin!

I would just go for the CAC and stop there.
