I think that is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. If we do that, I'm leaving this country. I can kind of see maybe the $1 coin replacing the paper $1 dollar (even though I still oppose it), but a $5 coin too? C'mon, seriously?? That would be moving backwards. $5 coins would be too easy to counterfeit and it since it's $5, it's most likely worth it, where a $1 coint is worth reproducing. Don't get me wrong, it is still possible to counterfeit $5's, but it's a lot tougher than reproducing coins. Have you been paying attention to the news lately? Do you see what's going on in South America and Korea? For now, the last thing America needs to be worrying about is stupid things like higher denominations, different denominations of coinss, getting rid of this and that and replacing it with this and that. Instead, let's focus on invading Korea and putting a stop to the might SUPERDOLLAR!! IMO, the superdollar is being treated WAY too lightly and people are instead focusing on other things, like this. Just watch what happens when China and all of the other countries we borrowed trillions from find out that our currency is that easy to counterfeit. We'll be in trouble and the last thing that will matter at that point is weather we have a $5 coin or a $5 paper bill, because they will both be worth nothing...

So to summarize, I'm not worried on that right now. We as a country have other things to be attending to besides playing musical money denominations.
