I was looking on coinfacts and noticed that one of the varietys for the 70S small date Lincoln. Actually the only one they list. And the variety is FS-1401. I have been trying to find a photo or a definition. Maybe it is an old number? Anyways here is the coin. It has the same doubling as the IGWT on the plate coin PCGS.
