Does anybody know what this 1979 ECU III Token is?

    Christian,most of the ECUs are listed in Krause's 'Unusual World Coins' catalogue,as they are pattern coins for what a European coin could have looked like,or what each country's ECU coins could have looked like as well.

    I'm only interested in the ones that were struck in the names of the various British Commonwealth countries in Europe anyway.
