    I don’t know the degree to which rims need to be present to grade at P01, but the rest of the details are there for that to happen.

    It at the very least qualifies for the seldom used PCGS “I mean, I guess?” and NGC “Yikes” designations.

    That has a bold N reverse, so it is either an impaired proof 1877 or an 1875 misidentified as an 1877

    I'm an old goat with faulty vision and will respond even though you don't want me and my ilk to comment.
    I believe I speak for my brethren when I say, "Your PO1 is a POS.":p

    I agree. The N in ONE is the first thing to look at. This is what it should look like.

    You won't get into a problem free slab, no matter what date it is.

    Those scratches on the reverse are too deep and severe, even for PO-1.

    Not an 1877; last digit isn't a seven but looks like a 5. Images compared to a FR-2 including the "N" on the reverse:
