I don’t know the degree to which rims need to be present to grade at P01, but the rest of the details are there for that to happen. It at the very least qualifies for the seldom used PCGS “I mean, I guess?” and NGC “Yikes” designations.
That has a bold N reverse, so it is either an impaired proof 1877 or an 1875 misidentified as an 1877

You won't get into a problem free slab, no matter what date it is. Those scratches on the reverse are too deep and severe, even for PO-1.
