I was very involved when the first 1960 small date&nbsp; over large date pennies were discovered. There are a number of others which have considerable personal attachment.</p><p><br /></p><p>I decided though, that&nbsp; this coin would be the last one I would let go. I have no&nbsp; official documentation, but it certainly appears to me that coins struck with&nbsp; two distinctive dates on the same denomination are much rarer than those struck on a another denomination. I only see one similar coin in the Heritage auction archives, but searching them is certainly an imprecise procedure.
