I collect anything that is pre tudor period, coins and artifacts but mainly British. I like European stuff too. Not interested in anything else really. I cannot stand any coin that cannot be touched.

The beaver is a very noble beast! I find myself very drawn to the Candadian coins. I feel as though their mint listens to the collectors. Unlike certain mints that will remain nameless *cough*us mint*cough*
By the way, that thing in the middle of the face value is a stylized sawfish (poisson-scie). That is also the logo of the issuing central bank, see here. It appears on pretty much every BCEAO coin and note ... Christian
I took a new pic of Princess Di this morning, and PhotoScaped it. Trying to get the toning and details to show well is difficult. For $36, this was my best purchase of the year!
