Since Europeans/ UK grade very conservative in raw grading/ wonder if same hold true for NGC offices in UK/ Germany/ France.
In theory it should be the same as their US counterparts. It would completely break populations and such if you had different offices grading to different standards. In practice, there's likely a small amount of variation, since the different offices will have different groups of staff, possibly with less experience than those at the US office.
