Just remember they are a paid service, and quite possibly their information could be supporting their market for conserving coins, i.e. removing tarnish. So take it with a grain of salt.
If NCS was formed as a not for profit company with no affiliation, then their credibility would be even greater. Big business, big people and even the average person, are all suspect about their real motives when money is part and present in an equation.
