Basically what CAC is is just yet another outside opinion as to the accuracy of the grade.  The TPG has looked at the coin, and then CAC looks at it and says "Yes I think they got it right" (green bean), "I think it should upgrade to the next grade up" (Gold bean),  or "at best it might make that grade on a good day, it might even be overgraded" (no bean).  Since nobody trusts their own grading ability anymore (hence the TPGs)  They now want someone else to pass judgement on what the TPG's say.  Eventually they will want someone to second guess CAC as well.[/QUOTE]
