Found this 1982d quarter which looks like there’s no silver coloring. Is it an error or possibly human made? It’s also on the edge of coin.
Hi Welcome to ct! Imho, it looks like environmental toning. sorry, Not an error. USA Quarters composition from 1965-present is 91.67% Copper - 8.33% Nickel Clad. Unless someone has plated a coin silver, gold,ect.
