You mean that there won't be any threads here promoting this as the coin of the century or millennium?

I had high hopes for this series, was going to do all 3.
The mint did such a bad job on these I just could not bring myself to buy.

Well, they are coins and this is a century, so you do the math.

Kurt, might be something to bring up at next month's numismatic forum.

They lifted the one per hh limit...I believe.

Hmm. How does one politely phrase, "Your product sucks?"

I'll be recommending they adopt the SLQ model for HH limits - start at one and then expand later. I'll also chide them on quality and overusing the sandblaster. There was NO need to bring that onto a classic design. Just because one OWNS a tool, does not necessarily mean it's always the RIGHT tool.

I just received, via email, a survey that had me rate the U.S. Mint. I was VERY honest with my answers in the survey, especially concerning the Silver Liberty ordering fiasco. I also let them know my gold LSQ arrived without packing material, the coin box slid around inside the shipping box.

I didn't say a coin of the century, I said the coin of the century - you know - the cat's meow. I don't think you caught the joke/allusion.

Here's the Mint's choice for the 2017 high relief $100 gold coin:

I'm not a fan of the design execution. It looks crowded and uninspiring.

And I don't think you caught the sarcastic agreement with your comment in mine. :D
