[QUOTE="CyberPunk, post: 5465, member: 625"]Thanks I will. As far as CyberPunk goes, its true, I really was a Punk Rocker in the later 70's and early 80's I've played at CBGB's in NYNY and other places where REAL PUNK'S only played origional music. I love the Ramones, MC5, Velvet Underground/w Niko (and the new bands) but NEVER did their music on stage. We always played our own stuff just like them. we always guaged ourselves by how many cigerette buts were flicked at us. If the count was high we considered it GOOD NIGHT!. I'm also a computer programer since 1994, a retired professional dancer (Ballet), but I'll ALWAYS be A PUNK!!! It's may seem funny, but I wasn't the only one. I guess we were creative, inovative and not afraid of an extreem challange. That's why I now do coin grading its just plain not easy!

I'll leave you with this: a little quote from the The Oral History of Punk Rock. A guy in a bar, kind of a cowboy type (at that time the whole world hated Americans, but still loved Texians), saw a Punk and said, "you think your a tuff guy, well let's see if you can out do this." He took his ciggrette and put it out in the palm of his hand. Smilling the whole time he said, WELL? match that PUNK!!. The Punk downed half of his bottle of bud, smashed it accross his head and then raked it down his face. The guy just shook his head and muttered as he walked out.

WE WERE PUNKS and we were DIFFERENT to the extreem!
