But I <i>don't </i>do it syrupy sweet, the Southern way. I use just a little hint of stevia in it.</p><p><br /></p><p>Bigelow is my chosen brand, for its strong bergamot notes. Twinings is too weak for me, or doesn't adapt itself well to iced tea, for whatever reason.
