Dime planet maybe?

    I seen a few examples tho I'm not real experienced .. so I'm hoping to get a respectful answer..thank you

    If it was struck on a dime planchet, it could not have full cent rims, the cent being the larger coin. And the color would be the color of a dime, not a penny.
    Looks like a normal, circulated, scratched up penny to me.
