So you are saying as a professional numismatist who worked as a grader at several TPGs that you enjoy giving the "chatroom rubes" impossible tests for your own amusement under the guise that they get to learn something and you get your "gotcha" moment. I'm not sure what you mean by high power, but if it has anything to do with magnification, I was always told that grading is done with 5X magnification. And what does my expertise have to do with anything. My expertise is primarily focused on Jefferson Nickels, in regards to most everything else, I think my knowledge is pretty average. Do you understand that "lots of twists" in combination with "I don't expect many here to get the correct answers on any quiz" is a cocktail for a gotcha moment? They may not have given you an answer, but I bet they gave you a complete question. Why not take the feedback that you are being given and use it to "learn" and make your quizzes fair by providing enough information for someone to solve them. I run many GTG threads, and if they take no effort and time, why are you unable to post a photograph of an entire coin? Are you taking photographs of coins submitted to ICG where posting full photos on an internet chat room would violate some company policy? If that is the reason, then just say so. If that isn't the reason, stop playing games and start posting full coin photos. You just said it takes "no effort/time". Of course few posters realized the edge was damaged, in order to know what the edge is supposed to look like, we need to see the entire coin. I'm not going to think about it. If you have something to say, then say it. You have had your "gotcha" moment for the day. Furthermore, why do you wait so long to reveal the answer. Doug seemed to think that maybe you were waiting for the correct answer, but you put that theory to bed when you plainly stated that you don't expect many to get the answer to your quizzes. So what is the reason, just enjoy being the puppeteer?
