I have a 1972 Cent that’s a different color and size. It appears to be smaller than a regular cent and the color is not the same.

You really can’t see the color in the picture. When I put it next to another cent it appears to be smaller

Copper cents have all tones of colors.

    It's normal.

    There's also environmental exposure toning.

It's impossible to have a Cent that's smaller than others unless someone tapped the edge with a hammer all around it.

Looks very normal to me, too. AU58BN. Normal circulation wear evident on the hair, cheek, jaw and lapel. Normal circulation-related toning. No eccentricities seen at all. You might want to check it for variety since ‘72 had quite a few.
