Found this binary repeater today

 

One of my coworkers put this aside for me. Lowest number for me so far for the 2013 series

Found this note today. The serial is very interesting, plus it's from a 1981 series that was low, although this one may be a replacement note I'm thinking. Worth any premium?

 

I thought the star notes were replacement notes. Why would this be a replacement note? I like the small heads, but to me this is a spender. It loses value if you save it for 20 years and then sell it for $105.

 

The only reason I was thinking replacement is the run for the B-A series did not go up this high in numbers. The last note registered had a 0 beginning. As far as I know, it was only the star notes that get replaced but this does fit number wise for the series for that year

 

I'm not very well versed in paper money, I came across this in circulation, figure it's a spender, what do you all think?

B-A was printed through 44800000 with the last run in 9/83. They started B-B the next month
