The stock has traded between $3.95 and $35 during the past 52 weeks.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Nasdaq will delist the company because of its failure to file financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30 and its report for the quarter ended Sept. 30.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Escala has appealed the decision, but the appeal will not result in a stay of the panel&#039;s decision to delist the company&#039;s common stock.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Escala will begin trading Wednesday on the Pink Sheets, an electronic quotation service for securities traded over the counter.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>In December, Escala said it will restate its financial results for fiscal years 2003 through 2005 and part of 2006 as a result of a review of deals between the company and a majority shareholder.
