Die crack with.. another error?

I'm still learning so bare with me. But there's a die crack error on this quarter on the Q in quarter. But there's another questionable spot by Washington's chin. Is it a mint error of some sort or just damage?? I've given several different angles so the light could kind of show what I'm talking about. It's hard to catch on camera. But it's an indention with a line in it. Thanks in advance for any smart ass comments.

Die cracks are very common right?

 

Well, not very common but I wouldn't say rare.

 

Yes, they are very common. Especially coming off the base of the neck. You can collect them if you like. Just make sure you leave a note with your collection explaining to your heirs that they are not worth more than face value. We don't want them coming back here telling us we don't know what we're talking about.
