I just got back from a coin show in Pasadena I have been trying to put together a certified set ms65 or above with my fathers birthyear and today got a dime graded NGC MS-67....I have been reading and reading grading books and online and in this forum to try and learn as much as I can about grading and my question is PCGS grading standards says ms-65 and higher coins must have full strike....so this coin is at such a late die state that it shows very weak around the edge and the date and has a die crack that runs up libertys neck all the way to her cap and splinters off towards the edge....does this still constitute a full strike? I bought it because I kindof liked the toning and the crack and think I did pretty good price-wise...opinion?

and I know these pics aren't the best, but you can see the crack on her neck
