Die Clash?

It's late and i need to sleep so I was just going through some cents with a 5x loupe. There are some raised areas in between the columns of the memorial. Any ideas? Might just be a really worn die but any help would be great. Thanks!

I would agree with Worn Die. I look at the detail of center statue for cues to die state.
