I Was at the bank my wife works at and the vault teller showed me 3 circulated 1950 light green seal 100 dollar bills. I don't know anything about paper money and I can't afford to hold onto 300 dollars. Did I miss out? If it is worth getting I could use some of my savings.

Unless they were really nice and crisp or have a star, I wouldn't have felt like I missed out. Too bad they weren't 28's or 34 series notes, those would also have been worth holding on to.

Thanks Kookoo I feel better now. I was worried it would be one of those if I could go back in time moments lol.

Most of the 1950 dated notes are pretty common, 'cept those Series 1950-D and Series 1950-E notes that were issued into the mid 1960s as the BEP was using up the wet paper process paper. Back in '08 I found a Series 1950-E $50 on the Chicago District that was also a star - my last sale ever on eBay - went for over $300.
