Just about, or should I say, EVERY coin you could name has been counterfeited at one time or another. Even common date nickels are faked.

Yep a Novelty. It doesn't matter if they are graded MS 70 unless you tell us who they are graded by.

 

I looked at the picture of the entire lot, and I don't see a single PCGS, NGC, or ANACS slab, they all appear to be self slabbed.

Unfortunately you got one of his illegal novelty coins...a good counterfeit coin with no copy or replica stamp.

I wonder if his cellmate will laugh it off when he gets caught trying to pass a handful of these things in trade for a carton of cigarettes
