<p>[QUOTE="Walter Marx, post: 3230632, member: 97361"]I learned to accept that I will never , ever, find a penny ,or any coin for that matter, which is now or will ever be be worth anything morer than the value stamped on it s backside, a $1,000 coin is only a $1,000 coin for that split second it's changes hands with someone who has a grand to burn and who never grasped the value of money or never thought of anything slightly more interesting or unique to collect. Say what you will, all of you. I'm Right, the only thing sillier than a fiat money system is a circle of collectors attaching increased value to a note or coin who's value is already 100% imaginary, never mind the imaginary value is all any federal reserve token will be, it's a useless peice of ore shaped to represent a number of worth for energy you've spent in a game of obtaining it, hope that makes sense, go spend every dollar you have on gold, guns ,ammo or land, or make the widest choice and buy yourself a good machine that prints convincingly real looking currency. Coin collecting is simply saving responsibly, your parents would never been able to explain saving but disguise saving as a fun activity like collecting and throw in Goofy cartoon banks and spiral slides for coins then how can one not have fun, enjoy your saving guys, I've lost my faith in the system, money is a illusion and coin certifiers and the ones determine the rarity and collectors values have fooled you all, I've decided to be a master penny painter, my works are already in circulation and they are already priceless works of art, hope you find one.
