Did I find an error 1968 d half dollar

Looking on the adverse side ,some of the half dollars ,even the silver half dollaron, the 4 th shooting star to the left ,the eagles tongue wraps under and over it. The few I looked at does not do that, and the line the tongue is supposed to wrap under and over is not aligned, it's crooked, is this an error ? or did I find a new error ? Be really cool if it's a new error

It's not the eagle's tongue, it's the ribbon... or am I misunderstanding something...?

 

Sorry I forgot to say that, it's both however between the tongue and the ribbon the line is crooked

 

And that whole does not match up threw the big ribbon it's not just on my 68 d it's also on some 73 and 3 of the 1983 no mint mark

Yup am I saying it wrong lol some say adverse then some say reverse it get confusing sometimes

 

I don't understand why they just don't say the "front side" and," backside ",all gotta be proper lol

I know but there using two different types lol I looked at those pics and the ones I have don't match the ribbon and what I thought was a tongue but it's all ribbon the lines are not aligned
