My door is maybe a 14 step roundtrip from the mailbox.&nbsp; There is extra postage paid by the BEP for hand processed delivery.&nbsp; She could of just put it on the porch.&nbsp; Should I concede and leave a twenty in the box for her?&nbsp; I have spoke to her once to sign for a package.
