I received my product two days ago. It made it from the BEP to within mere inches of my mailbox, perfectly flat. Kink free. The envelope is plainly and clearly marked "hand process do not bend". The envelope plainly and clearly does not fit in my mailbox. It does fit when it gets folded in HALF! Also now out of all my mint orders this recent order is shown as damaged and undeliverable. The Mint does a pretty good job of packaging. This has all happened on my "new" mail lady's watch.

The currency didn't get creased. The presentation itself did. My mailbox is a little oversized so a complete fold in half wasn't performed. Enough of a bend to put noticeable creases in the presentation. Without the presentation literature, to me, the notes are not noteworthy. Other than the serial number starting at 2016, its a $2 note.

As far as the mail lady goes that might be a rock and a hard place situation. She clearly bent the envelope. There was no other way to get it in the mailbox. I don't live on the King ranch. My door is maybe a 14 step roundtrip from the mailbox. There is extra postage paid by the BEP for hand processed delivery. She could of just put it on the porch. Should I concede and leave a twenty in the box for her? I have spoke to her once to sign for a package. Hi. Thank you. End of transaction.

If you read all of that, thank you for listening to my rant.
