Denver Mint To Strike Proof Coins In 2012

    ...or not. They could be following the practice of the West Point mint where most of the coins minted there receive no MM.

    I wish we could get a P-D-S proof set every year. That would be one step closer. I love it.

    All of the proof coins struck at West point bear a W mint mark. We were only speaking of proofs, Marshall. The West Point Bullion Depository has struck circulation strike coins to supplement the Philadelphia Mint, and of course the bullion minted there has no mint mark, but all of the proofs do

    They are just getting the presses there early. Watch for a proof D ASE in the thirtieth anniversary set. :)

    The Denver Mint is making proofs with an S mint mark

    SO, basically what you're saying is that you're spreading an unsubstantiated rumor based entirely on a conversation from an individual you won't name in a location you won't disclose.
