    Ok just scan your 1999/all coins in 1200dpi or better and use fotoflexer autofix and basic contrat/bright high
    then use fulll saturation to bring out the color of your coins!
    You have to play with the bar graph in the geek tab to.
    So autofix+curve above the line in the curve graph + +10 contrast/brightness + full saturation in the basic tab under adjust tab=
