I still have not figured this place out either. You might try going back to Post#36 and Post#38. The numbers are in the lower right by "like." The dates of the post are on the bottom left. Make sure of the date or you may start posting in a year old thread as I have done many times before.

She always was, a depiction of Liberty was part of the original design criteria that artists were required to follow. But I suppose bits of information like that either remain unknown by those who did not follow events at the time, or forgotten by some of those who did.
