In 1tulip and 1iris, what is important is tulip (or, iris), not "1" as tulip/iris/etc are arts like objects rather than mathematical objects. This is different in case of "money". When I have "1kurus" in my pocket, it means, I also have "1cent" (or 1agora or 1penny or 1yen or etc) in my pocket. Because what is important in "money" is mathematics and it is "1" which is constant and unit value of money, all and any money.
