I found this 1990 cent in pocket change and noticed the eye looked a little off. After further magnification, it doesn't quite look like damage, however it also doesn't look like any known doubled eye varieties, so input is appreciated. Thanks

I definitely think I'm trying too hard to find an error in the change I've looked through 10 times already because I can't get to the bank to get a new box.
Looks like coincidental damage to me but there are definitely doubled eyelid coins to be found, though they are mostly on wheat-era cents.
