Unless they changed their M.O. , they were printed on the plastic, so not intact or recognizable. Like scraping off printed letters on paper or plastic, it basically 'dust'. Scam time.

 

Are you asking whether you can remove the gold and be left with a spendable bill (no), or whether you can remove the gold and get enough to make a profit (still no)?
